Too often they face barriers to education, employment, recreation, and meaningful participation in community life. Many products, services, and public spaces are still not designed with them in mind.
But this challenge doesn’t just impact people with disabilities… It impacts all of us.
When people with disabilities are excluded from learning, working, creating, and contributing, the entire community misses out on their gifts, talents, perspectives, and potential.Â

We bring together innovative products and services that combine excellent business practices with meaningful social impact. Our current brands include Simple Coffee and Imago.Â
Simple Coffee demonstrates how commercial excellence and social impact can reinforce one another. Our inclusive workplace creates meaningful employment opportunities while modeling a more accessible and inclusive community.
We also value quality and sustainability by sourcing premium Arabica and Robusta beans directly from local coffee growers in Vietnam. Every batch is expertly roasted and packaged in our onsite roastery, supplying all of our retail, wholesale and catering customers with an exceptional coffee experience.
Simple Coffee creates multiple forms of value including: economic opportunity for local farmers; meaningful employment and internships for people with disabilities; and a financially sustainable business that strengthens communities while delivering outstanding coffee.
Imago equips neurodivergent young adults and those with intellectual disabilities through individualized support and practical learning experiences that develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed to build meaningful adult lives where they can belong, grow, contribute, and thrive within their communities alongside the support of their families.
We envision a society where neurodivergent young adults are valued, included, and empowered to belong and contribute in meaningful ways.
At Imago, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to journey along the pathways of adult life. Neurodivergent young adults and those with intellectual disabilities should have access to the same opportunities, relationships, and roles that other adults experience, while honoring each person’s unique strengths, pace, and choices.
